1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Himmer AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Himmer AI is a free AI chatbot developed by Webtrion, providing conversational AI, code generation, image understanding, and document analysis. The service is provided free of charge and may change or be discontinued at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Himmer AI, and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction if you want to enter into these terms without a parent or guardian. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Prohibited content and use

You agree not to use Himmer AI, including its chat and image generation features, to create, request, or attempt to elicit:

• Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any form
• Instructions for building or deploying weapons, explosives, or chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear weapons
• Malware, ransomware, or tools intended to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Instructions or methods for self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating
• Content that promotes terrorism, targeted violence, or extremist recruitment
• Phishing content, or material designed to defraud others or steal personal/financial information
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Non-consensual sexual content, harassment, or content that defames or impersonates a real person

We use automated filtering to detect and block requests that clearly fall into these categories, and we keep a limited log (category and timestamp only, never the message content) to help us respond to abuse. Repeated or serious violations will result in suspension or termination of your account, and where required by law, we may report illegal content — including CSAM — to the relevant authorities (e.g. NCMEC).

5. Other prohibited conduct

You also agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, our systems, or our infrastructure
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service without our written permission
• Circumvent rate limits, usage caps, or content-moderation systems

6. AI-generated content and disclaimer

Himmer AI's responses are generated by third-party AI models and may sometimes be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use any output. Don't rely on it as your sole source for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and verify important information independently. THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webtrion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Himmer AI, including reliance on AI-generated content. You agree to use the service at your own risk and to indemnify Webtrion against claims arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the service.

8. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you've violated these terms — in particular the prohibited content and conduct rules above.

10. Availability

We aim to keep Himmer AI available and reliable, but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Rate limits may apply to keep the service usable for everyone.

11. Copyright / DMCA

If you believe content on Himmer AI infringes your copyright, contact us at the email below with a description of the work, its location, and your contact details, and we'll investigate and respond promptly.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Himmer AI after changes means you accept the updated terms.
